Q1: What is your MOQ? Do you accept 1‑unit trial order?
A1: MOQ varies by vehicle model. 1‑unit trial order is acceptable for market testing.
Q2: What trade terms do you offer? What costs are included in your quotation?
A2: We support EXW, FCA, FOB and CIF. Please contact us for detailed cost breakdown based on your selected trade term.
Q3: Can your vehicles meet our country’s import & registration requirements?
A3: We can check local import requirements for you. GCC and EU certifications are available for selected new car models only. Please confirm with us for your target model in advance.
Q4: What shipping options are available? What is the typical transit time?
A4: Both RORO and container shipping are available as per client’s request. Transit time depends on destination port. Marine cargo insurance is included only under CIF term. Our service is mainly port‑to‑port; door‑to‑door customs clearance service is subject to destination country conditions.
Q5: What payment methods can you accept?
A5: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Please contact our sales for further details.
Q6: How do you ensure vehicle condition before shipment?
A6: Inspection reports are provided for used vehicles. VIN will be offered upon model confirmation. Both online video inspection and on‑site physical inspection are supported.
Q7: What customs‑clearance documents will you provide?
A7: Standard export customs‑clearance documents will be provided. Any special documents shall be confirmed with us in advance.
Q8: What is your production / shipment lead‑time after deposit?
A8: Shipment will be arranged within 15 days after deposit for available stock. Lead‑time for custom‑order vehicles depends on manufacturer production schedule.
Q9: Do you offer vehicle warranty and spare‑parts support?
A9: Warranty policy differs by vehicle type and condition. Full warranty terms will be stated in sales contract during purchase.
Q10: Can I become your regional dealer / agent?
A10: Regional dealer cooperation is open. Cooperation thresholds are customized for different partners. A trial order is required before formal agency agreement.
